Robert Stanley
Robert has been passionate about dancing since he was four years old. His passion and enthusiasm was infectious, leading the way for his family to become dancers and teachers in his hometown of Waldorf, Maryland. In addition to his preprofessional training at The Studio Cooperative, Robert trained in the summers at Kirov Academy of Dance, Cincinnati Ballet, Burklyn Ballet Theatre, and Orlando Ballet. His notable teachers include Mdme. Gabriella Darvash, Momchil Mladenov, Sabir Yapparov, Sarah Knight, and Catherine Batcheller.

Robert performed with New York State Ballet in Rochester, NY where he had the opportunity to perform both classical and neo-classical works. His repertoire includes soloist roles in Dracula, Alice in Wonderland, The Nutcracker, Carmina Burana, Romeo and Juliet, Carmen, and The Snow Queen. Robert dances with an innate sense of style that infuses his characters with authenticity.
